Founder and CEO
Bobby is a person in long-term recovery who has dedicated his life to helping others. He grew up in a family affected by addiction and alcoholism, so he has seen it from every angle. He believes in treating the whole person, mind, body and spirit, which is why Tennessee Valley Recovery brings together multiple modalities of treatment.
Chief Operations Officer
Jesse, originally from New Jersey, is a person in long-term recovery. Since getting clean in 2014 he has dedicated his adult life to educating and assisting people living with substance use and mental health conditions. With over seven years in the field, he leads day-to-day operations at Tennessee Valley Recovery in Knoxville.
Medical Director
Dr. Carr is a board-certified physician with extensive experience across addiction medicine, private practice, emergency medicine and occupational health. For more than a decade she has been a fierce advocate for her patients, making sure they get the care they need in a complex healthcare system and treating the whole person, body and mind.
